You will ensure testing equipment is reliable, develop calibration checks, review results, and report inconsistencies. The role requires ACI testing certifications, proficiency with MS Excel, and experience in concrete production or testing to support project quality.

Qualifications

• ACI testing certifications (required).
• Proficiency with MS Excel spreadsheets.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Experience in concrete production or testing.

Responsibilities

• Utilize proprietary software to monitor production workflow.
• Direct concrete tests to optimize testing schedule.
• Ensure testing equipment is functional and in good repair.
• Develop proficiency in equipment calibration checks.
• Review test results and report any inconsistent results.
• Develop an understanding of concrete materials and their effects on concrete performance.
• Achieve certification in required ACI testing programs.
• Acquire the ability to understand and issue required reports.
