All Trade Construction in St. Joe, IN is seeking a Project Manager to lead concrete construction projects from planning through completion. You’ll work primarily in the office with periodic site visits, coordinating with clients, estimators, and field crews.

Qualifications

• PM experience: minimum 1 year.
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and blueprints.
• Proficiency with project management software and Excel/Sheets.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean record.
• Ability to commute daily to St. Joe office (within 45-minutes).
• Comfort with site visits and working around heavy equipment.

Responsabilités

• Review estimates, scopes, drawings, and specs before starting work.
• Attend pre-construction meetings and coordinate contracts and insurance.
• Schedule materials, formwork, crews, and equipment; manage upcoming work.
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and deliveries to minimize delays.
• Visit jobsites to review conditions and ensure compliance with specs.
• Track quantities, budgets, hours, and material costs against estimates.
• Document changes and process change orders with clients.
