Ascendion is seeking an experienced Concrete Project Manager in Oklahoma to lead concrete construction projects from blueprint to completion. You will read specs, estimate resources, supervise crews, and coordinate with management, contractors, and other trades.

Require 3+ years of experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to travel locally, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

We are working with a growing Construction Company, looking to bring on an experienced Concrete Project Manager. Specifically, they are looking for someone with previous concrete experience.

Responsibilities:

• Read specifications, such as blueprints, to determine construction requirements or to plan procedures.
• Estimate material or worker requirements to complete jobs.
• Supervise, coordinate, or schedule the activities of construction or extractive workers.
• Confer with managerial or technical personnel, other departments, or contractors to resolve problems or to coordinate activities.
• Coordinate work activities with other construction project activities.
• Order or requisition materials or supplies.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to travel locally as required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

The annual salary for this position is between 90k-120k. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
