Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure builds precast concrete products year-round at the Lebanon, TN plant. The role involves working on a rotating day shift with overtime opportunities while contributing to a team focused on safety and quality.

The candidate should have a minimum high school diploma and some manufacturing or construction experience, plus the ability to lift up to 40 lbs and read basic instructions. This position offers strong benefits and growth potential within a large, established company.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing or construction experience preferred.
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate with team members.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically.

Responsibilities

• De-mold and clean concrete forms and products.
• Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete.
• Perform basic carpentry skills.
• Facility maintenance and housekeeping.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
