Job description

HOURS: 1ST SHIFT M-F COULD INCLUDE SOME SATURDAY HOURS

Job Summary:

Work in a collaborative team-oriented environment to provide the highest quality manufacturing of concrete wall panels in a safe and efficient manner. The following duties are typical for this job. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all inclusive.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Assisting with stripping off forms of poured concrete panels.
  2. Building and setting form panels according to blueprint measurements.
  3. Securing picks, connectors, and other reinforcement products into panels.
  4. Pouring concrete into panel forms according to specs.
  5. Operating various construction and concrete tools.
  6. Lifting and carrying concrete forms to specified areas.
  7. Finishing/power troweling precast products.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  1. Ability to listen to, understand, and follow directions.
  2. Ability to remain flexible as specific assignments change.
  3. Dedicated and reliable work ethic.
  4. Excellent communication skills.
  5. Ability to perform basic arithmetic as needed.
  6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience Qualifications:

  1. Ability to read a tape measure.
  2. Willingness to be trained on power troweling.
  3. Prior precast experience preferred, but not required.
