Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking a candidate to join our industrial manufacturing team focused on safely producing high-quality precast concrete products. You will support form stripping, mold preparation, and basic carpentry within a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The role emphasizes commitment to safety, accuracy in basic math, and teamwork. This position is non-exempt and on-site with opportunities for growth within a large infrastructure group.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing or construction experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic math and measurements.
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Strip and clean concrete forms and products.
• Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete.
• Perform basic carpentry skills.
• Facility maintenance and housekeeping.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed.
