Job summary

Rinker Materials in Stacy, MN is seeking a Production Worker to join our plant. You will perform general labor, mix and pour concrete, operate machinery like concrete mixers and conveyors, and help move forms and materials in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

We value safety, reliability, and teamwork. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work outdoors, and follow quality and safety standards. Prior manufacturing or forklift experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read work orders and follow complex instructions.
• Experience with hand and power tools used in manufacturing.
• Comfort working outdoors or in open-air environments.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Forklift operation experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.

Responsibilities

• Mixing and pouring concrete.
• Operating machinery and equipment such as concrete mixers and conveyors.
• Cleaning and maintaining equipment and work areas.
• Assisting with transportation and placement of concrete forms and molds.
• Loading and unloading materials and supplies.
• Setting up forms in the production process.
• Handling and moving heavy construction materials.
• Following safety protocols and wearing protective gear.
• Adhering to quality control standards to ensure high-quality products.
