Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is hiring for an industrial manufacturing role in Fontana, CA. The position is non-exempt and unionized, focused on producing precast concrete products of the highest quality.

You will be part of a team dedicated to safety and efficiency in a manufacturing setting. Responsibilities include stripping and cleaning concrete forms, preparing steel molds for filling with concrete, basic carpentry, and routine facility maintenance.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing or construction experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic math and measurements.
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Strip and clean concrete forms and products
• Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete
• Perform basic carpentry skills
• Facility maintenance and housekeeping
• Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed
