Concrete Production Associate

Day Shift / 12 hr / M-F

6 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Location: Spartanburg

Pay Rate: $18.35 per hour

Job Description

PrideStaff Greenville is seeking a dependable Concrete Production Associate on behalf of our manufacturing client in Spartanburg, SC. We are looking for reliable individuals who enjoy working with their hands. The Concrete Production Associate will work in a production facility preparing molds, directing concrete into forms, and cleaning molds and surrounding areas in the plant.

Responsibilities

• Lays rebar and other materials in the forms.
• Builds and dismantles forms, bulkheads, & block-outs.
• Cleans out forms with air hose and utilizes pouring tools.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work / stand 12 hours or more
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions
• Prior experience with concrete
• Overhead Crane, welding, or carpentry experience is a plus
• High School Diploma or GED or one to three months related experience
