Job summary

A leading engineering services firm seeks a full-time Project Manager to join the Concrete team in Allegheny County, PA. The successful candidate will oversee precast/pre-stressed fabrication inspection services and manage field inspectors at remote sites. Key responsibilities include client management, compliance with project methodologies, and recruitment coordination. Qualifications

• Experience in bridge/highway construction, management, or sales.
• Current and valid driver’s license required.
• ACI & PCI certifications are essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Manage HRV projects and ensure compliance with client contract requirements.
• Coordinate recruitment needs with Human Resources.

Skills

Experience in precast/pre-stressed concrete fabrication processes

Knowledge of concrete fabrication and/or bridge/highway construction practices

Excellent communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point

Ability to develop excellent client relationships

Education

Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Material Science, or a related field
