Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in manufacturing, construction, or concrete production is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to learn on the job and follow safety procedures.
• Ability to bend, lift, and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Able to work outdoors and in physically demanding environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform general manual labor, loading, unloading, lifting, and material transport.
• Assist with form setup, concrete placement, finishing, and bed preparation.
• Position form components per instructions or blueprints.
• Use screeds and hand tools to level concrete in production.
• Operate cranes or forklifts after required training.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety guidelines.
• Support daily production needs and train new team members as needed.
