Rinker Materials in Winter Haven, FL is seeking a Machine Operator (Manufacturing) to support production of reinforced concrete products. You will operate production and material handling equipment, perform quality checks and assist with daily maintenance and safety procedures.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year in a concrete plant, basic math and tape measure reading skills, plus a strong safety mindset. Growth opportunities exist within our manufacturing team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a concrete plant.
• Ability to perform basic math including measurements.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Commitment to safety and following procedures around cranes, trucks and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and material handling equipment and align machines.
• Perform welding and work from shop drawings as required.
• Inspect equipment and maintain service records.
• Understand operation and maintenance of processing equipment.
• Operate a forklift safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.
• Train and mentor new team members.
• Manufacture concrete products per leadership directions.
