Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience working in a concrete plant or similar manufacturing environment.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, and measurement reading.
• Ability to read shop drawings and perform tasks from sketches or information.
• Commitment to safety and following procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and material handling equipment; align machines.
• Perform inspections and maintain service records per guidelines.
• Operate a forklift and manage material movement.
• Follow safety rules and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Train and mentor new team members as needed.
• Support manufacturing of concrete products and related duties.
