Rinker Materials in Lubbock, TX is seeking a Production Worker to join our plant crew and support the manufacture of reinforced concrete products. This role involves outdoor work, material handling, and operating concrete production equipment.

You will read work orders, use hand and power tools, and adhere to safety protocols while helping unload, pour, and finish concrete products. Prior forklift experience is preferred and physical fitness to lift up to 50 pounds is required.

Qualifications

• Able to read and understand work orders and complex instructions.
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to work outdoors or in open air environment.
