Rinker Materials’ Lubbock, TX plant is seeking a Machine Operator to support production of concrete products. You will operate production equipment, align machines, read shop drawings, and assist with material handling to keep lines running smoothly.

Safety, quality, and teamwork come first here — you’ll perform inspections, maintain records, train new teammates, and help ensure first‑time quality while meeting daily production targets.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of concrete plant experience.
• Ability to perform basic math and read measurements.
• Experience reading a tape measure.
• Ability to work safely around cranes, trucks, and forklifts.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and first-time quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and align machines per drawings.
• Perform inspections and record maintenance as required.
• Operate a forklift and handle material safely.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety rules.
• Train and mentor new team members.
• Manufacture concrete products as directed.
