Austin Bridge & Road is currently seeking experienced Concrete Paving Machine Operators (Paver) for North Texas projects. We excel at what we do and are looking for talented construction professionals who want to excel with us.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate paving machines safely and efficiently to spread and level asphaltic concrete on highway subgrades.
• Perform daily equipment maintenance and inspections.
• Assist paving crew with site preparation and other activities as needed.
• Contribute as a vital team member to Austin’s success.
• Attend daily safety meetings and follow safety policies and procedures.
• Work hours may include days, nights, and weekends, and in adverse weather conditions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience operating asphalt equipment.
• Strong commitment to jobsite safety.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States; we cannot sponsor visas.
