Austin Bridge & Road in North Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced Concrete Paving Foreman to lead a heavy civil paving project. You will manage daily field operations, ensure quality and safety, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in concrete paving, proven leadership, and proficiency with construction management software such as HCSS HeavyJob.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day field operations for concrete paving projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety standards.
• Implement and enforce jobsite safety protocols, conduct hazard assessments, and coordinate with safety personnel and inspectors.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to plan site logistics, including paving sequences, equipment staging, and traffic control.
• Develop and manage daily and weekly paving schedules, ensuring efficient use of crews, equipment, and materials.
• Monitor concrete placement, finishing, curing, and jointing to ensure compliance with specifications and high-quality standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and execution of work.
• Provide technical guidance to resolve field issues and optimize paving methods and productivity.
• Track labor, equipment, and material costs, and assist in schedule and budget adjustments as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable construction laws, codes, and company policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, inspectors, engineers, and vendors.
• Support team development through training, mentorship, and performance feedback.
• Oversee project closeout activities, including punch lists, final inspections, and documentation.
• Additional duties as assigned.
