You will manage various concrete projects, directing teams and maintaining an efficient operational environment. Applicants should have at least 5 years of management experience in the concrete field, along with strong organizational and leadership skills.

Job Overview

• Location: Hybrid (Windsor, CO)
• Job/Employment Type: Full Time
• Schedule: Monday - Friday; weekends or nights depending on project requirements
• Project Scope: General Construction (Residential, Commercial, and Industrial)

The Opportunity: You will serve as the strategic leader of the concrete division at Meyer Innovations overseeing large-scale operations across residential and industrial sectors. This high-impact role empowers you to optimize field productivity, manage high-level logistics, and uphold the premium quality standards our luxury clients expect. You will be the bridge between complex engineering requirements and successful field execution, driving the growth of our most technical division.

How You Will Make An Impact
