Job summary

River City Ready Mix in Monroe, LA seeks a commercial ready-mix concrete truck driver to operate safely and deliver to job sites.

You will use onboard delivery technology, maintain a clean truck, and professionally represent the company to customers.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday with some Saturday and occasional night work; early starts are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL license.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent commercial driving experience.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
• No serious citations for moving violations in the past 5 years.
• No DWI/DUI in the past 7 years.
• Resume or 5-year driving work history required.

Job Requirements

Flexible and dependable availability, Primarily Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays and occasional nighttime work required.

Ability to follow instructions from supervisors, senior leaders, and on-site customers.

Reliable attendance and punctuality, Early morning start times required.

Proficiency in reading, writing, and basic math.

Prior concrete industry experience preferred.

Prior mechanical understanding and proficiency preferred.
