Job summary

Lauren Concrete, Inc. is seeking a delivery driver to responsibly transport concrete to job sites across the region. The role emphasizes safety, on-time performance, and professional customer service.

The candidate will perform pre/post-trip inspections, manage loading/unloading operations, and ensure compliance with ELD requirements and traffic laws. A valid Texas CDL-B and prior driving experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in safe vehicle operation and road awareness.
• Clear verbal and written communication with team and customers.
• Ability to perform precise and timely loading/unloading of concrete.

Responsibilities

• Inspect truck and equipment before departure and maintain cleanliness.
• Load, deliver, and unload concrete; manage slump, load tickets, and cords as applicable.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report maintenance needs to supervisor.
• Operate Electronic Logging Device (ELD) and comply with Federal, State, and local laws.
• Verify job site address prior to departure and coordinate with customers.
• Maintain professional conduct and positive interactions with customers and coworkers.
