Job summary

Expeditersonline is seeking a skilled Ready Mix Truck Driver to handle safe, efficient operation of ready mix trucks delivering in residential and industrial areas. This role works under Batch/Plant Manager supervision with scheduling by Dispatch, handling minor maintenance and keeping equipment clean.

The position pays $21–$25 per hour, with a $1,000 sign-on bonus and home every day on local runs. Mon-Fri with occasional weekends and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• CDL-A licensed driver with clean driving record.
• Ability to operate ready mix trucks safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Operate ready mix trucks for deliveries in residential and industrial areas.
• Follow dispatch schedules and supervisor instructions; drive safely and maintain equipment.
• Assist in minor servicing and maintenance and keep truck and plant area clean.

Job description

This is a skilled position involving the safe and efficient operation of ready mix trucks. Deliveries will be made in both industrial and residential areas. Work will be performed per the Batch/Plant Manager, free from direct supervision except for more complicated jobs. Delivery and shift schedules will be directed and scheduled by DISPATCH (including plant locations as work schedules demand). The driver is responsible for the efficient working conditions and cleanliness of equipment and is expected to perform minor servicing and maintenance or refer major problems to the supervisor. Drivers will be expected to assist in maintaining a clean and safe working environment in and around the batch plant as per supervisor's instruction. This is a safety sensitive position.

$21-25 per hour

Pay dependson prior CDL-A experience

Monday-Fridayusual schedule, some weekends may be required for coverage.
