About Pegasus Concrete, LLC

A Ready Mix Concrete Company servicing the Metro Detroit Area, located in Ypsilanti, MI, is hiring CDL-A and CDL-B Concrete Mixer Drivers.

Compensation and Benefits

• Industry-leading pay - Starting at $30.60/hr, up to $34.00/hr
• Year-round work for CDL A holders
• Overtime after 8 hours/day and all day Saturday

Responsibilities

1. Maintain daily vehicle inspections and reports (timesheets, mileage logs, DOT hours of service, etc.)
2. Keep equipment clean to prevent hardening of concrete in the mixer drum and on the truck
3. Deliver quality product efficiently, timely, and professionally
4. Ensure product quality to the best of your ability
5. Communicate status to dispatchers
6. Assemble concrete chute as needed
7. Assist around the yard as needed

Qualifications

• Valid commercial driver’s license: CDL-A (preferred) or CDL-B
• Minimum 3 months of commercial driving experience (mixer truck experience preferred)
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
• Ability to pass pre-employment DOT drug screen
