Crete Solutions LLC is growing and seeking dependable CDL drivers to join our ready-mix team in the Carolinas. If you’re tired of being a truck number, this is the change you’ve been looking for.

This role offers newer equipment, weekly pay, Sundays off, and strong benefits. You’ll safely operate concrete mixer trucks, deliver to residential/commercial sites, and report to dispatch while representing the company professionally.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A or B license.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening.
• Safety-focused mindset.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Experience preferred, but we’re willing to talk to solid drivers with the right attitude.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a concrete mixer truck.
• Deliver concrete to residential and commercial job sites.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation.
• Communicate with dispatch, customers, and plant teams.
• Represent the company professionally on job sites.
