Job summary

Crete Solutions LLC is growing and we’re seeking dependable CDL drivers to join our ready-mix team in the Carolinas. This role offers newer, well-maintained equipment, home daily, weekly pay, and a monthly bonus incentive up to $400.

Sundays OFF, strong benefits, and a safety‑focused team culture are highlights. You’ll operate concrete mixer trucks, deliver to residential and commercial job sites, and perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections while maintaining delivery documentation.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL Class A or B license.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background and drug screen.
• Safety-minded with dependable attendance.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Experience preferred but not required if attitude is right.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a concrete mixer truck.
• Deliver concrete to residential and commercial sites.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; maintain documentation.
• Communicate with dispatch, customers and plant teams.
• Represent the company professionally on job sites.
