Job summary

Chicopee Concrete Service, Inc. is seeking a CDL Driver for immediate openings to deliver concrete across Western MA. This full-time position requires safely operating a concrete mixer truck while interacting with customers and ensuring timely deliveries.

Qualified candidates will possess a valid CDL A or B license and have strong interpersonal skills. The position offers competitive pay starting at $25.00 - $27.00 per hour, and benefits after 90 days include health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and more.

CDL Driver — Concrete Mixer

Chicopee Concrete Service invites qualified CDL A or CDL B drivers to apply for immediate openings delivering concrete across Western MA. This position centers on safely operating a concrete mixer truck, meeting scheduled delivery windows, and maintaining vehicle cleanliness and readiness. Required Qualifications:

• Minimum age: 21
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid CDL A or B license
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; team-oriented
• Organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities include:

Operate assigned concrete mixer safely and legally, perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and keep the truck clean and stocked. Deliver concrete to a variety of sites in the Pioneer Valley, interact professionally with customers and foremen, and follow dispatch instructions. Be prepared to work flexible shifts, accept overtime when necessary, and promptly report any safety concerns, accidents, or equipment issues to supervisors.
