  • 5+ years of experience in concrete pouring and / or masonry, with strong leadership overseeing teams of up to 30 workers
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
  • Supervise and coordinate on-site operations, including labor, material deliveries, and equipment setup
  • Ensure quality workmanship and enforce safety protocols across all projects
  • Maintain equipment and manage scheduling for formwork, rebar, and masonry materials
  • Provide daily reports to company leadership and back-office staff
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record (minor infractions acceptable)
  • Bilingual in Portuguese and / or Spanish strongly preferred
