Heidelberg Materials is seeking a hands-on maintenance assistant to help keep our asphalt plants clean, safe, and efficient. You will assist with material handling and operate light equipment as needed, always following established safety and operational procedures.

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform general cleanup and maintenance of plant grounds and equipment
• Assist with material handling and equipment operation as needed
• Support plant operations by following safety and operational procedures
• Conduct routine inspections and report any safety or maintenance concerns
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and safe work practices

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Must meet all legal requirements to work in the U.S.

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
