Tricon in San Antonio, TX is hiring Concrete Laborers for a full-time position. You will mix, pour, and level concrete, assist with formwork and reinforcement, and operate hand and power tools. Safety compliance and teamwork are essential as you help place and finish slabs and structures.

Qualifications

Job Duties Include But Are Not Limited To

• Mixing, pouring, and leveling concrete.
• Assisting with concrete formwork and reinforcement.
• Operating hand and power tools for concrete finishing.

Requirements

• Familiarity with construction tools and equipment.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in concrete labor or related field is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor for extended periods of time.

• Experience with concrete forming, rebar tying, and finishing preferred.
• 1 year of heavy equipment operation is preferred.

Hourly Pay

$18.00-$24.00 per hour DOE.
