Responsibilities include following safety procedures, lifting materials, and assisting with daily training and toolbox talks. The role requires reliability, physical stamina, and a valid Florida driver’s license.

Qualifications

• OSHA safety requirements and site PPE compliance.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Must have transportation to job sites and valid Florida driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform strenuous manual labor on construction projects; lift and move materials.
• Operate hand and power tools; mix and place concrete, grout, cement, sand.
• Keep job sites clean and safe; follow daily safety and training programs.
• Follow foreman instructions to meet production goals and maintain equipment.
