Job summary

STRUCTURAL in Chicago is hiring Concrete Laborers/Finishers to perform concrete repair, placement, finishing, and related tasks in the Greater Chicago area. The role involves formwork, rebar work, caulking, expansion joints, coatings, and carbon fiber installations, with an hourly pay range of $20–$28.

Candidates should have 1–2 years in construction, concrete experience preferred, and valid driver’s license with reliable transportation for daily site commutes.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of construction industry experience; concrete experience is a plus.
• Industrial plant experience is preferred; however, comprehensive training will be provided to motivated candidates.
• Valid TWIC card is preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Must be willing to commute daily to local sites.
• Willingness to travel outside the Chicago area as project needs dictate.
• Strong communication and computer skills required, including the ability to complete online training.
