Job summary

WSB Solutions in Red House, WV is seeking a dependable Concrete Laborer to join a busy precast production operation. This physically demanding role involves preparing and filling precast concrete molds, moving materials, and working safely as part of a team. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM with overtime paid when applicable.

Wage starts at $14.50 per hour; steel-toe boots are required. No prior concrete experience is necessary for the right candidate, but forklift or construction

Qualifications

• Basic math and counting skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and reliability.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Must be able to lift heavy materials regularly.
• Physical stamina to perform demanding labor for entire shift.
