Qualifications

• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Must pass criminal background check and be Fit for Work.
• Professional, courteous attitude toward colleagues and the public.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain a safe work environment at all times.
• Follow safety policies and OSHA/MSHA regulations.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 100 lbs and outdoor work in all weather.
• Shovel dirt, stone and asphalt; handle materials and tools to complete tasks efficiently.
• Assist with traffic control, cleaning, equipment maintenance, and other site duties.
• Collaborate with managers and coworkers to support a positive team environment.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
