Job summary

Fisher Industries is seeking a Concrete Laborer to learn forming, pouring and stripping of footings and walls, with a hands-on, collaborative mindset and a focus on safety.

You will move materials, assist with rebar, form panels, and support site operations while adhering to OSHA and company policies. This entry-level role requires reliability, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience with pouring concrete and working with building crews.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Hardworking individual with a positive attitude and great work ethic.
• Acceptable MVR in accordance with Fisher's Company Vehicle Program policy is required.
• Ability to complete work tasks under various adverse weather conditions including heat above 100 degrees, cold, and rain.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.

• Cleaning the site; removal of tools & supplies, loading truck
• Keeping trucks and trailers stocked and ready for deployment to job

PRIMARY SCOPE

The Concrete Laborer will be responsible for learning all aspects of forming, pouring and stripping of footings and walls. Show up on time and ready to work with an attitude of collaboration and a strong desire to learn and grow. Always have an awareness of safety for yourself and those around you. Retain training and implement knowledge without constant guidance and instruction.
