Job summary

Tradesmen International, LLC is seeking motivated Concrete Laborers for projects in and around Portland, ME. This role offers a pay rate of $30–$35/hour based on experience, along with opportunities for career advancement. Candidates will assist in concrete restoration, support masons, and maintain site cleanliness while working in a team-oriented environment.

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring motivated Concrete Laborers for projects located in or around Portland, ME. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $30–$35/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Assisting with concrete restoration and resurfacing on an existing building
• Support masons with mixing mortar and site prep
• Performing general site clean up and debris removal
• Moving and staging materials around the job site
• Follow direction from supervisors and maintain a safe work environment

Requirements:

• Previous construction or labor experience preferred (concrete/masonry a plus)
• Must have standard PPE
• Ability to pass a drug test (THC excluded)
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work 40+ hours per week (Monday–Friday)
