Job summary

Pinnacle Site Solutions is seeking a Concrete Laborer to support hands-on concrete work in the High Springs / Gainesville area. You will help with forming, pouring, finishing, surface prep, tool operation, and reinforcement installation, while maintaining a clean, safe site and adhering to OSHA standards.

Ideal candidates have concrete/construction experience, are physically capable of outdoor work in all weather, and demonstrate a strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in concrete or construction is required.
• Physically capable of working outdoors in all weather conditions and lifting heavy materials.
• A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn new skills on the job.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions.
• Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation to and from job sites.

Responsibilities

• Prepare job sites and assist with all phases of concrete work, including forming, pouring, and finishing.
• Mix, spread, level, and smooth concrete using hand and power tools.
• Assist with the installation of reinforcement materials like rebar and wire mesh.
• Clean and maintain tools, work areas, and equipment.
• Work safely and efficiently while following company and OSHA safety standards.
• Collaborate with crew members and follow direction from supervisors to meet deadlines and project goals.
