Pinnacle Site Solutions is seeking a Concrete Laborer to perform forming, pouring, and finishing concrete for commercial and site development projects in the High Springs/Gainesville area. You will assist with surface preparation, tool operation, and reinforcement installation while helping to keep the site clean and safe.

• Previous experience in concrete or construction is required.
• Physically capable of working outdoors in all weather conditions and lifting heavy materials.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Prepare job sites and assist with all phases of concrete work, including forming, pouring, and finishing.
• Mix, spread, level, and smooth concrete using hand and power tools.
• Assist with the installation of reinforcement materials like rebar and wire mesh.
• Clean and maintain tools, work areas, and equipment.
• Work safely and efficiently while following company and OSHA safety standards.
• Collaborate with crew members and follow direction from supervisors to meet deadlines and project goals.
