DPR Construction in Raleigh, NC seeks a Journeyman Concrete to perform skilled concrete work, including finishing and placing concrete for slabs, walls, and structural components. You will work under moderate supervision with crew members and other trades to meet project standards.

Responsibilities include preparing formwork, mixing, curing concrete, operating tools safely, and coordinating pours with other trades.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of concrete construction experience.
• OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification preferred; OSHA 10 program completion within 6 months of hire is required.

Mansioni

• Places, levels, and finishes concrete for slabs, walls, and structural components according to plans and specifications.
• Prepares and inspects formwork and reinforcement for proper alignment and cleanliness before placement.
• Mixes, handles, and cures concrete to achieve required strength and appearance.
• Operates and maintains tools and equipment in safe working condition.
• Follows DPR Construction safety and quality standards at all times.
• Coordinates with other trades and supervisors to sequence pours and address field issues.
• Identifies and reports formwork, material, or safety concerns promptly.
