Job summary

Pepper-Construction is seeking a Concrete Journeyman in Dublin, Ohio to perform a wide range of concrete tasks on commercial sites. You will assist on form setup, grading, finishing, decoration, and reinforcement, collaborating with laborers and carpenters.

Responsibilities include building forms, pouring and finishing concrete, installing waterproofing, and operating a skid loader with a laser level as needed. A minimum of 4 years of experience and physical endurance are expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in commercial construction.
• Proficient in the use of industry tools and equipment.
• OSHA 10 preferred.
• Able to lift at least 35 pounds, unassisted, and stand for extended periods.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

In this role, as Concrete Journeyman, you may perform any combination of tasks to assist on the construction site. This position performs a wide variety of duties and tasks that often require assisting other tradespeople, including laborers and carpenters.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Task-oriented, reliable, and committed to meeting deadlines
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible availability, including some overtime, weekends, and night shifts
• OSHA 10, preferred
• Operator's certificate, preferred
