Pompano Beach, FL-based The Dock Experts seeks an experienced construction professional to interpret blueprints and set up seawall formwork. You will read plans, prepare and align formwork, and ensure accurate assembly for concrete pours.

Responsibilities include installing reinforcing rebar, inspecting formwork during pours, and dismantling after curing, while following strict safety protocols and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction site environments with emphasis on concrete forming.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and technical drawings accurately.
• Familiarity with formwork installation, rebar, concrete pours and finishing techniques.
• Physical stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints to set up seawalls.
• Assemble, install, and secure formwork components with hand and power tools.
• Install reinforcing rebar within formwork for strength.
• Inspect formwork during construction and adjust for quality.
• Dismantle formwork after concrete cures, safely and cleanly.
