Concrete Frame Associates is seeking a dedicated Laborer to support our construction teams on projects in the Rocky Mountain region. You will perform general labor, assist with material handling, and help maintain a clean, safe job site.

The role requires physical strength and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with outdoor work common. Training and growth opportunities are offered within a stable, employee-focused company.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform general construction labor including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent walking, stooping, kneeling, reaching and climbing ladders.
• Frequent use of hand tools such as power tools, circular saws, hammers, nails, and bolts.
• Minimum 6 months of formwork / concrete construction laborer experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor to include jobsite clean-up and moving of materials by hand or by utilizing material handling equipment, including rigging of materials to be hoisted by crane.
• Operating motorized equipment including power tools, saws, hammers, nails, and bolts.
• Work requires alert individuals with good balance and physical strength.
• Pouring of vertical concrete.
• Install and remove reshores per instructions.
• Removal, cleaning, stacking and banding of form materials.
