Ideal candidates have 2+ years of formwork or concrete construction experience, are physically strong, safety-minded, and able to read a tape measure; proficiency with power tools is required. The role offers comprehensive benefits and competitive hourly pay from $28 to $33 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Physically fit with ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs (up to 90 lbs with assistance).
• Able to work on active job sites in varying weather conditions.
• Experience with formwork/concrete construction preferred (2+ years).

Responsibilities

• Operate motorized equipment and hand tools (power saws, hammers, nails, bolts).
• Assist with vertical installation and framing/decking installations.
• Read a tape measure and follow project specifications.
