Job summary

Curtin Co. is seeking a Form Setter at our Eagle Precast facility in Missouri to assist in producing concrete barriers by preparing and filling forms, pouring concrete, and removing it after setting.

You will work with a team to ensure forms are properly assembled and safety protocols are followed on a construction site. Responsibilities include forming, patching, rebar work, cleaning, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace while complying with OSHA regulations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Attention to detail and advanced organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team.
• Strong analytical skills to solve practical problems and communicate ideas.

Responsibilities

• Shovels concrete into forms.
• Assist in patching.
• Clean forms, set forms up to pour concrete.
• Assist in pouring concrete into forms.
• Tie and install rebar quickly and correctly.
• Strip concrete out of forms.
• Help maintain a clean work area.
• Make sure all proper safety procedures are followed.
• Performs various tasks involving strenuous labor.
• Always make safety a priority.
• Comply with OSHA safety laws and regulations.
