Qualifications

• Previous hands-on experience in concrete form setting and finishing.
• Experience with curb and gutter, sidewalks, ADA ramps, and commercial concrete work preferred.
• Ability to establish grades and set forms accurately.
• Ability to work outdoors in Arizona weather and perform physically demanding construction work.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Set, align, and secure concrete forms for curbs, gutters, sidewalks, ADA ramps, driveways, and other concrete structures.
• Place, spread, level, screed, and finish concrete to project specifications.
• Perform broom, smooth, edge, and other required concrete finishes.
• Read and understand grades, elevations, slopes, and basic construction plans.
• Maintain safety and quality on the jobsite and work with the crew to complete projects on schedule.
