Job summary

Rick Hamm Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Concrete Form Setter to join our Southern California team. You will construct forms, lay out per plans, and maintain safety.

The ideal candidate has 4–7 years of mid-level experience, can read elevations, install forms for walls and flatwork, and work well with crew.

Qualifications

• Ability to layout per plans and specifications.
• Proficient in installing forms for walls, curbs, gutters, flatwork and erecting scaffolding in a safe manner.
• Capability to read elevations and set forms to the desired elevation.
• A keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic
• Mid-Level Experience (4 - 7 years)

Responsibilities

• Directing and performing final sub-grade preparation and form construction for concrete placement.
• Removing forms, directing operators, loading and unloading equipment, tools and materials.
• General duties as required to satisfy the overall purpose of the job

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Form Setter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, detail-oriented, and capable of performing concrete formwork efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

The Construction Form Setter plays a crucial role in our construction projects. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Directing and performing final sub-grade preparation and form construction for concrete placement.
• Removing forms, directing operators, loading and unloading equipment, tools and materials.
• General duties as required to satisfy the overall purpose of the job
