Job summary

Rick Hamm Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Concrete Form Setter to join our Southern California team. The ideal candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to lay out per plans, install forms for walls, curbs, gutters, flatwork, and scaffold safely.

Mid-level experience (4–7 years) is required. Responsibilities include sub-grade prep, form construction for concrete placement, removing forms, directing operators, and handling tools and materials while upholding high safety

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of mid-level concrete form setting experience.
• Ability to layout per plans and specifications.
• Proficient in installing forms for walls, curbs, gutters, flatwork and scaffolding safely.
• Strong eye for detail and a solid work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Directing and performing final sub-grade preparation and form construction for concrete placement.

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Form Setter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, detail-oriented, and capable of performing concrete formwork efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Directing and performing final sub-grade preparation and form construction for concrete placement.
• Removing forms, directing operators, loading and unloading equipment, tools and materials.
• General duties as required to satisfy the overall purpose of the job

What We're Looking For

• Ability to layout per plans and specifications.
• Proficient in installing forms for walls, curbs, gutters, flatwork and erecting scaffolding in a safe manner.
• Capability to read elevations and set forms to the desired elevation.
• A keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic
• Mid-Level Experience (4 - 7 years)
