Job summary

Ferrovial, via its Webber subsidiary, seeks a concrete formwork worker to build, assemble, align, plumb, and set forms for molding concrete structures.

Responsibilities include constructing forms, checking alignment, stripping forms, installing metal deck forms, and using hand/power tools outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate in English verbally and in writing.
• Move across a construction jobsite with ladders and inclines, lift up to 50 pounds.
• Outdoor work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Construct forms for the placement of concrete and structures.
• Check forms while concrete is being placed.
• Assist and direct others in stripping forms after concrete is placed.
• Install miscellaneous materials in erecting concrete structures.
• Install pre-cast concrete elements.
• Prepare for slip-forming traffic rails and median barriers.
• Install permanent metal deck forms.
• Work with hand tools and power tools.
• Other unlisted duties will be required.
