Qualifications

• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform strenuous physical labor under field conditions.
• Good manual dexterity and multi-limb coordination.
• Ability to work overtime including nights and weekends to meet schedule.

Responsibilities

• Form, place and finish concrete floors, driveways, walls, sidewalks, curbs, decks and other structures.
• Use dry pack grouting and epoxy materials and understand curing requirements.
• Level and smooth surfaces, round edges, and create joints or grooves to control cracking.
• Set forms to proper pitch, depth, and alignment.
• Monitor curing conditions with weather variations (wind, heat, cold).
• Produce rough concrete surface using broom.
