Job summary

Trillium Staffing seeks an experienced Working Concrete Foreman to lead hands-on concrete construction on industrial projects across the United States. You will read industrial blueprints, supervise crews, and perform concrete work with a focus on quality and safety.

This hands-on leadership role coordinates daily activities, manpower, materials, and equipment, while maintaining project schedules. Expect ~60 hours weekly, a 28 on/8 off rotation, lodging on travel, and potential for direct hire.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Concrete Foreman/Working Foreman.
• Supervisory experience leading construction crews.
• Strong knowledge of industrial concrete construction.
• Ability to read/understand industrial concrete blueprints.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Basic computer skills for project documentation.
• Ability to travel and work on a rotational schedule.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead concrete crews on industrial construction projects.
• Perform hands-on concrete construction and finishing work as needed.
• Read, interpret, and work from industrial concrete blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Coordinate daily activities, manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.
• Monitor quality of concrete work, including foundations, slabs, pads, equipment foundations, and related structures.
• Coordinate with project management, other trades, and site supervision.
• Communicate project progress, manpower needs, and potential issues to management.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Ensure crew members follow OSHA and project-specific safety requirements.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating upcoming work activities.
• Use basic computer systems for project documentation, communication, timekeeping, and reporting.
• Perform other duties associated with the successful completion of the project.

Job description

We are seeking experienced Working Concrete Foremen to lead and perform hands‑on concrete construction work on industrial projects traveling throughout the United States!

The ideal candidate will have strong experience reading industrial concrete blueprints, supervising concrete crews, and performing hands‑on concrete construction activities.

This is a hands‑on leadership position requiring the ability to effectively supervise crews while actively participating in the work. Work could take place across the US.

Job Details

• Pay: $45 per hour
• Schedule: Approximately 60 hours per week
• Project Duration: 6 months, with potential for direct hire
• Rotation: 28 days on (excluding Sundays), followed by 8 days off

Travel & Per Diem

• Lodging provided with a private room.
• $350 weekly per diem for traveling employees.
• Flights to and from the project will be booked on behalf of employee, with transportation provided from the airport.
• Additional travel support provided as applicable.
• Gas allowance available.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience on electrical substation projects.
• Previous experience with BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) projects.

• Experience with equipment foundations, concrete pads, slabs, foundations, and other industrial concrete structures.
