Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial concrete construction experience.
• Minimum 2 years as Foreman, Assistant Foreman, or Lead Carpenter.
• Ability to read structural drawings and concrete details independently.
• Experience coordinating pours, inspections, and deliveries.
• OSHA30 preferred; valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise concrete carpenters, finishers, and laborers.
• Plan daily and upcoming manpower, materials, equipment, and work activities.
• Read and interpret structural drawings, details, and specifications.
• Coordinate formwork, reinforcing steel, embeds, sleeves, and concrete placements.
• Maintain crew productivity while meeting project drawings, specifications, and quality.

Wearelookingforahands-onworkingforemanwhocantakeownershipoftheconcretescopefromlayoutthroughcompletion.Therightcandidatemustbeabletoreadstructuraldrawings,planupcomingwork,managefieldcrews,coordinateinspectionsandconcreteplacements,andmaintainbothproductionandqualitywithoutrequiringconstantdirection.

Thisisafieldleadershippositionforsomeonewhoknowsconcreteconstructionandiswillingtoworkalongsidethecrewwhennecessary.

Qualifications

Compensation
