Western Specialty Contractors is currently looking for self-motivated, top notch individuals to help serve our customers as a Concrete Foreman at our Omaha, NE location. As a member of the branch production team, you will be responsible for the performance of work within a particular work area and in accordance with generally accepted standards of the crafts.
Western offers a competitive wage. We provide medical, dental and vision insurance with the company paying over 80% of the premium. A $10,000 life insurance and $10,000 accidental death and dismemberment benefit is provided and is 100% company-paid. Generous 401k plan. Must work at a minimum of 30 hours per week to be eligible for benefits after 90 days of employment.
Compensation for this role is determined using a variety of factors, including experience, skills, internal equity, market benchmarks, and the cost of labor in the different geographic locations where we operate. In addition to base pay, this position may also be eligible for: beneficial ownership in the Company through Western\'s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). A comprehensive benefits package, which includes health, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid time off, maternity leave, and additional benefits designed to support employees and their families.
US Pay Range: $35 USD - $38 USD
